Jaeson Courseault, MD, is board-certified in both family medicine and sports medicine with fellowship training in sports medicine. He specializes in sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions of the upper and lower extremities. A Georgia native, Dr. Courseault was an honors graduate at Morehouse College before earning his medical doctorate from Tulane University and completing his residency at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA. He then went on to complete his fellowship in Waco, TX.
Dr. Courseault spent over five years in Texas with Baylor Scott and White Health System as one of the team physicians for Baylor University. In October of 2020, Dr. Courseault returned to Georgia to be closer to family and serve his home community, bringing extensive experience to the NHOI team.
Dr. Courseault prides himself in having excellent bedside manners. His Christian faith drives his love for people through medicine. He loves to treat pain quickly through ultrasound-guided injections. Part of his daily prayer is that his patients see the high level of care that he has for all of his patients.
While attending Morehouse College, Dr. Courseault played cornerback for their football team. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
