At Sports Medicine South of Gwinnett, we offer patients and athletes pre-participation sports physicals. Sports Physicals are required by the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) prior to participating in any athletic or sporting program.
Sports Medicine South of Gwinnett conducts these physicals as a service to the community. All proceeds are donated back to the school associated with your sport.
All sports physicals are $25, unless otherwise stated by your school or athletic program – payment must be made in cash.
Sports physical appointments are made daily based on availability in our schedule. Please call ahead of time to make sure we are able to accommodate your sports physical.
